By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must provide accurate and current account information.
• You are responsible for account security and all activity under your login.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

The service is intended for interview preparation and skill development.

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with platform operation.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute proprietary platform content at scale.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the selected payment method for renewals, taxes, and applicable fees.

Pricing, plan limits, and feature availability may change over time. Material pricing changes will be reflected before future renewals.

Cancellation settings are available from your billing area. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund.

Refund handling is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

The platform, brand assets, software, and content are owned by Frontend School or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your original submissions, while granting us a limited license to process and display them as required to provide the service.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, compliance, or product direction.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific interview outcomes.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontend School is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from service use.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse of the platform, non-payment, or behavior that risks users or service integrity.

You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion through support.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Bangalore, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.
