Overview
Credit bundles are one-time purchases that grant immediate access to premium interview simulation features. Refunds are assessed based on purchase type, usage level, and applicable local consumer protections.
Purchase Terms
- All credit purchases are one-time transactions. There are no recurring charges.
- All purchases are final. Credits never expire.
- Purchased credits are added to your account balance immediately and can be used at any time.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be eligible when:
- You were charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing processing error.
- You were charged but credits were not delivered to your account.
- Required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Purchased credits that have already been partially or fully consumed.
- Dissatisfaction based only on interview outcome expectations or hiring decisions.
- Purchases where credits were used as intended to access premium features.
How to Request a Refund
Send a request from your registered email with:
- Account email and transaction reference or invoice ID.
- Date of charge and payment method used.
- Short reason for the request and relevant screenshots if available.
Review and Processing Timelines
We target initial review within 5 business days. Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider and usually settle within 5 to 10 business days, depending on bank or processor timelines.
If more verification is required, we may request additional details before final resolution.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting support first, account access may be temporarily restricted while the dispute is investigated.

We may revise this policy to reflect pricing, legal, or operational changes. Updated versions are posted here with a revised last-updated date.
