Refund Policy

Credit bundles are one-time purchases that grant immediate access to premium interview simulation features. Refunds are assessed based on purchase type, usage level, and applicable local consumer protections.

• All credit purchases are one-time transactions. There are no recurring charges.
• Credits never expire and remain in your account until used.
• Purchased credits are added to your account balance immediately and can be used at any time.

Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, all credits from the purchase must be fully unused — none can have been spent on a session, simulation, or report. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund requests are also honored when:

• You were charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing processing error.
• You were charged but credits were not delivered to your account.
• Required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

• Credits that have already been partially or fully consumed.
• Requests made more than 7 days after the date of purchase.
• Dissatisfaction based only on interview outcome expectations or hiring decisions.

Send a request from your registered email with:

• Account email and transaction reference or invoice ID.
• Date of charge and payment method used.
• Short reason for the request and relevant screenshots if available.

We target initial review within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, though final settlement may depend on bank or processor timelines.

If more verification is required, we may request additional details before final resolution.

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting support first, account access may be temporarily restricted while the dispute is investigated.

We may revise this policy to reflect pricing, legal, or operational changes. Updated versions are posted here with a revised last-updated date.
