Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellation, renewals, and refund requests are handled for Frontend School subscriptions.

Overview

We design plans for immediate access to premium interview simulation features. Refunds are assessed based on plan type, payment status, usage level, and applicable local consumer protections.

How Cancellation Works

  • You can cancel recurring plans from billing settings at any time.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
  • Access to paid features usually continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be eligible when:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing processing error.
  • You were billed after a verified cancellation request submitted before renewal.
  • Required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Partial period refunds for unused time after voluntary cancellation, unless required by law.
  • Dissatisfaction based only on interview outcome expectations or hiring decisions.
  • Plans with substantial completed usage where premium features were consumed as intended.

How to Request a Refund

Send a request from your registered email with:

  • Account email and transaction reference or invoice ID.
  • Date of charge and payment method used.
  • Short reason for the request and relevant screenshots if available.

Review and Processing Timelines

We target initial review within 5 business days. Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider and usually settle within 5 to 10 business days, depending on bank or processor timelines.

If more verification is required, we may request additional details before final resolution.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting support first, account access may be temporarily restricted while the dispute is investigated.

Policy Changes

We may revise this policy to reflect pricing, legal, or operational changes. Updated versions are posted here with a revised last-updated date.
